Hi, I’m Coach Rob
I help entrepreneurs and high performers get stronger, build lean muscle, drop extra weight, and increase their energy levels so they can live sustainable high performance lifestyles and careers.
I graduated with a HBSc in Kinesiology and have been in the fitness industry for 10+ years, helping hundreds of people on their fitness journeys. Backed by science, I take a holistic approach with my clients so they can build better health and fitness strategies in all areas of their lives, get results, and keep them; for life.
