1-on-1 Health & Fitness Coaching

Taking an inventory of your health, fitness level, goals, and day-to-day life, we’ll work together and figure out what drives you on a personal level, keeping your motivation, drive, and accountability high.

We focus on core areas:

    • Whatever your goal, we’ll work together to find your driving why to keep your motivation high. We’ll create a workout program that fits with your unique lifestyle and goals without it taking over your life.

  • Nutrition

    • Good nutrition plays a pivotal role in giving us the energy and stamina needed to maximize our efforts in the gym and in our careers. There is no single best diet except the one you can be consistent with; we’ll collaborate in finding a diet that works for you. Your fuel quality determines your performance and recovery, giving you the energy to be and perform your best.

  • Rest & Recovery

    • Often the most overlooked part of any health & fitness venture. These aspects include your environment, your breathing quality, stress management capabilities, and sleep quality. It is when we allow ourselves to properly rest and recover that our muscles grow, bodies adapt, and we replenish our energy levels. Properly balanced with movement & exercise, this will also allow you to further reduce risk of injury so you can keep on crushing it. 

  • Mindset

    • Developing and cultivating a growth mindset is crucial for us to thrive. How we feel about ourselves and what we believe we can do is an important part of our mental health. We celebrate all wins, no matter how small. Perspective is key; whether you think you can or can’t, you’re right. Let’s redefine what you’re capable of.

Nutrition Coaching

After getting a detailed understanding of you, your goals, experiences, and life, we will design a nutrition plan that is tailored to you and your unique life circumstances.

This is not a quick-fix cookie-cutter program that only works when the conditions are perfect for success. We work on building strategies that work for your unique life so we can carry on our success no matter what.

    • Weekly personal check-ins detailing feedback, advice, and potential next steps delivered via recorded video

    • 1-2 new habit activities to improve and head towards your goals
